The principal campus is located in Hannibal House at the cosmopolitan Elephant and Castle within close proximity of the British Rail and underground stations. There is also a support campus at Chaucer House with its many shops and eating places. There are additional classroom facilities at Melior Street and Fenning Street, close to London Bridge. All the buildings are well served by public transport with close proximity to British Rail, Underground and Bus services.  LIFE @ STM  STM provides good learning facilities with state-of-the-art technology at its campuses with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Kings Head House campus is in a listed building of architectural interest. This blends in well with academia and commerce. Brief details of some of the campus facilities are displayed below.  Gregynog Residential and Day Conference Centre  Gregynog Hall is the Conference Centre for the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC). It is located in the middle of the picturesque Welsh countryside, surrounded by the proverbial hills and the vales. Every semester, senior Masters and Bachelors students of Management make a trip to this wonderful location. In this 72-acre expanse of greenery, cut off from the rest of civilization, the students are put to the test in various skills and aspects of business and management. Workshops, role plays, group discussions, management games, outdoor exercises and the like are all packed into two days, making this an event that is not only a learning experience, but also provides students with a lot of fun too.  Students are divided into groups and they are exposed to skills such as team work, creativity, corporate presentations, time management, leadership, problem solving, negotiation, etc. These events provide students with a practical approach to learning which is very different from the methodology adopted in a classroom environment. Students learn through actions and by being faced with real life problems and managing available limited resources. The programme provides them with an opportunity to bond with other students and make new friends. It also enables them to visit another part of the United Kingdom and see new places.  The most important issue is that this management development programme is completely free for all LSC students, with all costs being borne by the School. It also provides variety in the teaching methodology and has a huge practical slant. There is further variety when the night falls, the Music Room at the Hall is opened up to a DJ. The students take a welcome break from the tight schedules of the day to let their hair down and boogie on the dance floor. In short, Gregynog is a place not to be missed and an event that is guaranteed to create an indelible mark in the minds of the students. _______________________________________________________________________  Course Coordinators Each STM programme has a dedicated coordinator who is responsible for the students' study experience. It is their role to help the students in any matters arising from their study from the time they enrol to the time they graduate.
