Institute of Advanced NDT Technology (IANT) is a pioneer institute conducting the Training, examination and Certification for NDT LEVEL I & II as per ASNT Documents SNT-TC-1A, and CP 189.

IANT is reputed institute in Navi Mumbai equipped with all latest NDT equipments and managed by experienced ASNT NDT Level III expert. NDT Level I & II trainings courses are Designed and Approved by ASNT NDT Level III as per recommendations of ASNT Documents SNT-TC-1A.

Trainings are conducted by well experienced Level III and approved NDT Instructors. In IANT more hands on Practical training offered to the candidates who want to build up their carrier as "NDT Technician". After completion of Training, examinations will be conducted & certificates will be issued to pass candidates.

We have full facilitated NDT Lab for practical In NDT (UT, MT, PT, RT, and VT). We deliver the training courses with complete attention to each candidate to understand the subject clearly. Regional languages are used for discussion. Our trainers are having more than 15 years of experience in NDT coaching and on site job experience in NDT methods. They are having sound knowledge of NDT Methods, Material manufacturing Technology (like Forging, Casting, and Rolled products) and metallurgy.

These courses should be attended by QC Engineers, inspectors and candidates who want pursue their carrier as NDT Technicians. We are having conventional and advanced NDT equipment for practical training and state of art NDT Laboratories. Initial experience required for Training six month as NDT Trainee for new candidates and NDT awareness for QC engineers and Inspectors.

IANT also provides support to certified candidates to get more field experience on various projects through its associates in India. This NDT Level I & Level II certification is recognized and valid worldwide having job opportunities in Middle East and Africa in Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industry.

Highlights:

In IANT Training is conducted with audio visual slide shows to get better understanding of fundamentals of subjects and plenty of slides runs showing actual defect taken from sites, methods of detection to get practical knowledge of NDT Method.

After satisfactory training and certification IANT also helps to get the trainee jobs in NDT field with its associates. After getting worth hands on experience in NDT field IANT is helping candidates to get overseas opportunities.

For working professionals course timings can be adjusted as per candidate’s convenience in evening or weekends.

IANT conduct NDT Level I & II courses for its clients at Client’s factories ( In House) for minimum 08 candidates all over India. IANT provide ASNT level III consultancy services to its clients and to the “U” stamp companies to maintain their NDT documentation as per requirements of ASME codes.

Welding /Painting Inspector:

IANT also conducts preparatory courses for AWS /CSWIP welding Inspectors and CSWIP – BGAS painting inspector. These preparatory courses proven very helpful to the candidates to pass their exams conducted by AWS and CSWIP authorities. These courses are held upon requests from candidates.

Equipments Used for practical:

1) Einstein - II (digital) – Krautkramer USN 52, Modsonic Make & PX - 10(analog) EEC makes for UT

 2) Electromagnetic Yoke, Prods, coil, Central Conductor Techniques for MPT Methods with visible and Fluorescent light systems.

3) Radiography Practical Training conducted at Sites in Mumbai. Both Gamma and X rays practical were shown.

4) Solvent removable Penetrant Method – Visible and Fluorescent Methods.    For PT test specially prepared flawed samples and cracked specimen are used for practical and Examination.

Every Calendar month a new batch is starting for NDT Level II courses. Check with our Institute for further course schedule.
