Fully Furnished & Fully equipped One Room Set on the Second Floor:

Maximum two persons can stay here at a time. We are offering various services too. There are no extra charges for those services. You can purchase your own groceries and can cook your own meals. Alternatively we can provide you meals prepared by our servants.

For shorter or longer stay, an excellent One Room Set (Studio Apartment) fully furnished “Serviced Apartment” is available in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, india. It has been built and furnished on USA & European style. This is very open, with ample glass and Teak wooden work. It is an excellent Serviced Apartment for Foreign Expatriates, Non Resident Indians, professionals working for banks, Multi National Corporations, Indian Corporate houses etc.

Our One Room Set or Studio Apartment has one room, one bath room, kitchen. The covered area for this place is about 450 sq feet. It is a fully furnished studio apartment with one double bed with the proper mattress, bed sheets, pillows, full wardrobe, fans, geyser, one computer table, chair, utensils with all crockery, kitchen various appliances, gas & gas hob, curtains, one 100 liter fridge, one window AC, 32” LED TV etc. We had also installed Videocon Dish TV connection. You can purchase your own groceries & other food stuff and can cook your food yourselves or arrangements can be done for cooking your food on part time basis on the extra payment. There are enough utensils, crockery and provision to cook meals. It is lot cheaper to cook meals rather eating in the hotel or in a restaurant. Tenants those who want to stay on the daily basis, we are providing free complimentary Indian breakfast.

We have two different slabs:

1. For 11 months lease: Rent per month will be Rs. 16,000/- PM net. Security Deposit will be Rs. 32,000/-. In this rent, washer man cloth washing charges, maid help for cleaning utensils & cleaning floor, cooking gas usage are included. You do not have to pay any extra money except electricity  usage. We only allow 2 people to stay at any period of time.

2. For one (1) day: It will be Rs. 1,100/- per day for the whole apartment. Security Deposit will be Rs. 3,000/-. In this rent, gas, electricity consumption, washer man cloth washing charges, maid help for cleaning utensils & cleaning floor are included. Check out time 12.00 O'clock noon. You do not have to pay any extra money. Rental will be for fixed tenure only. Minimum stay required is 2 days. Maximum 2 persons are permitted. All additional people will be charged @ Rs. 300/- per person per night. INDIAN BREAKFAST IS COMPLIMENTARY. THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR COOKING GAS OR ELECTRICITY USAGE.

3. Services provided free of cost with servants:
These are included in the rent:
a.   Cleaning Utensils & crockery
b.   Cleaning and wiping room, kitchen & toilet (no toilet bowl cleaning)
c.   Supply of R. O. Water to the room
d.   Videocon Dish TV DTH connection
e.   Washing Cloths (Ironing extra)
f.    WI-FI
g.  Free Gas Usage: Applicable only for daily, weekly and monthly guests. It is not applicable for yearly visitors or guests.
h.  Free electricity usage only for daily guests.
I).  Free Indian breakfast for daily guests only.

4. Cooking Facility:
a. You can cook food yourselves. There are plenty of utensils & crockery. You need to purchase your own food staples & vegetables or non veg.
b. Alternatively cooking facilities by servants are available on request but you have to pay extra money. They will prepare once or twice a day on nominal charges. You need to pay those charges on per meal basis. It will cost you Rs. 50/- per day per person per meal.
c. Another way is that we prepare food for you and provide with our own food staples, vegetables and non vegetarian. This will be little expensive and it will cost on basis of per meal per person. Rates can be quoted only on request.
