Drilling machine Variable PCD  is used to drill in various PCD ( Variable Pitch Circle Diameter), PCD from 0 mm to 1200 mm (47") and drill size maximum to 32mm (1 1/4"). Drilling machine Variable PCD machine is same as all VMC, this machine head fixed in vertical column, which has up and down Z-axis movement through LM guide ways with Ball Screws with single spindle.

The slide is fixed in the base for X-axis movement. Hydraulic Indexing Table is mounted in the slide. The slide movement towards and away from the column generates X-axis. With the Digital Read out (DRO), the PCD can be varied as required very easily.For more details visit our website
