It is the best Centre less grinding machine used for the component for
grinding components needle bearing rollers, pins and other small
components which has small diameter. In this Centreless Grinding
machine, component from Dia 0.5mm to 10 mm can be done.
As all the standard Centreless grinding machines, the gringind and
regulating wheels have direct drive. The Grinding wheel and Regulating
wheel dressing is done by hydraulic
The Grinding wheel used is Dia 50 X 150 X 50
Regulating wheel used is Dia 40 X 100 X 50
Grinding and Regulating wheel are driven by variable inverter for better RPM control.
In a way this is the best Centreles grinding machine to grind the smaller dia components.
