History:

Sri Manjunatha Vidhya Samasthe (SMVS) registered organization opened in 1987 with functional committee having one president and seven members by keep aiming in rural area education development at Byrakur. Byrakur is a village and head quarters for 16 villages located in Mulbagal taluk, Kolar District, Karnataka and 110 KM from Bangalore and just 8 KM from Andhra Pradesh (AP).

Sri Manjunatha Higher Primary School established in 1987 from nursery (L.K.G) to higher primary (7th Standard) by encouraging rural education development, from past two decades school provided enormous contribution to society in curriculum activities, sports and social activities.

        For School achievement identified and aided the grants by government of Karnataka in 2007 from 1st to 7th standard (Kannada Medium).
