2) Making Daily Action Reports 3) Taking enquiry via phone calls (if any) emails, e-procurement (tenders).
4) Making offers for standard valves and sending to the customer.
Visiting the customer for the follow up of offers.
5) Incase of a non-standard requirement of valve checking up with the respective plants and then sending the same to the plant for quote preparation.
6) Following up with respective plant for the offer / queries for non-standard valves, also following up for drawing QAP post order placing.
7) Co-coordinating with the respective plants for order processing.
8) Accompanying Branch Manager to various customers for offer discussion and negotiation.
