Responsible for user engagement and positive image building on all identified social accounts inclusive but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy of each platform / community.
Focus on continuous improvements by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
Collaborate with departments to coordinate actions and manage reputation.
Compile present data insights and results to the management and clients.
