PAVOUR BLOCK

Concrete grade & thickness based on design guidelines of IRC & based on usages.
   

Available in standard thickness & grade and not based on loads & usage type.

Insitu concrete pavement is placed on sound & well compacted sub-grade.
   

These are placed on compressible sand base which is weak & forms uneven top level of blocks.

Joints designed as per code & normally panel size is 4m x 4m.
   

Forms multiple full depth joints of paving blocks, exposing multiple edges for damages.

UV stable colours with sealing coat.
   

Colors are not UV stable & they fade off within 6-12 months.

Design, texture, color, forms, shapes & virtually any parameter can be varied as per Designer’s choice & aesthetic sense.
   

Available in pre-formed shape, color, texture & no variation possible.

 

    * Methodology of Decocon

DECOCON is impression concrete system to be applied over freshly laid green concrete, it’s to be done over Insitu concrete, its design, colors are UV stable and remain unaffected by weathering and normal traffic envisaged in pathways, walkways and patio and driveways with light traffic.

DECOCON is surface treatment over concrete pavement / road. Grade and thickness is dependent on usage like, walkways, driveways etc.Concrete should have minimum cement, content of 350 kgs per cum.
Spreading concrete, floating, vibrating, leveling concrete using mechanical tools, simultaneously DECOCON system application is to be done.

 

1: Base Concrete should be M20 grade and above.

2: DecoCon is to be applied over freshly laid green concrete.

3. UV stable colours & Long-term appearance with low maintenance.
