Business Studies at the Graduation level provides with an opportunity for a student to understand the business nuances and develop a career in business. The program includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific concentrations. It prepares individuals to plan, organize, direct, and control the functions and processes of a firm or organization. The program helps a student to develop critical thinking, problem solving, leadership and other skills that one can put to use on the job today as well as establish a foundation for lifelong learning

The specific objectives of the program are to:

ť	produce up-to-date, assertive and effective executives for business and other organizations,
ť	prepare students for higher studies in business at home and abroad.

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree builds a solid foundation for graduate studies and professional positions.

Eligibility

A candidate seeking admission to BBA programme must have passed senior secondary examination on the pattern of 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate in any discipline, from a recognized board of education or an equivalent examination recognized by the university. In case of SC categories, the candidate should have secured minimum pass marks in the qualifying examination.

Fee structure

A total fee of Rs. 10,000/- per semester will be charged which is inclusive of fee for examination. In addition Rs. 300/- will be charged as one time registration fee.

Mode of Imparting Learning

Theory & practical classes of minimum 180 hours will be held at the approved study centres. Study material in self-instructional module (SIM) will be provided to the students along with CD containing full contents of the course at the concerned study circle. The medium of instruction will be English only.
