Documentary requirements for registering a Trust:-

Ø      Minimum 2 persons, one settler and another one trustee. Their Name, Father's/Husband's Name /Address and a copy of Photo Proof like Passport, PAN, Driving License.

Ø      Two witness - who has some Photo ID and who is citizen of India. Their Name, Father's/Husband's Name / Address and a copy of Photo Proof like Passport, PAN, Driving License.

Ø      Name and objectives of the organization.

Ø      Trust Deed

Ø      Office Address and NOC from landlord.

Ø      Two Photographs of all TRUSTEES.

One person from board of trustees (Settler) will have to present physically in the Sub Registrar’s Office.
