This is an opening for a CSR/Sr CSR Position, for the US Inbound Voice Process.(Non Tech)

Desired Candidate Profile

Position : CSR/Sr CSR - US Inbound Voice Process.
Shift timings: US Shifts, starting from 5.30pm

Eligibility : Any Graduate Fresher/Experienced
(No BE/BTech,MBA)

Skills required: Excellent communication skills.
Should possess a customer oriented attitude
Good typing skills.
Willing to work in night shifts.

Candidates applying for the Sr CSR- Voice position are preferred if they have a Min 1yr experience in an International Call Centre (US/UK) & Good process knowledge as well.
