Prolonging your expiration date

Hi Friends!
Did you know we all have an expiration date?
Depending on how you define it, that date might not be the day you
shed your mortal coil and move on to the afterlife.
It might be the day you stop being capable of doing the things you
love and the things that define you as a person.
I recently read an article about dementia (primarily Alzheimer's
disease) in older doctors.
Based on the current estimates there may be as many as 8,000
doctors out there practicing with some form of dementia.
Now if you believe statistics then you also believe that doctors
kill more people in this country than do handguns, so this might
figure into the explanation.
Actually the 'doctors killing more people' data comes from two sources.
One was a study done in Israel
where the physicians were mobilized during a war alert and were not performing their daily duties at hospitals.
Far fewer surgeries were done that day and emergency rooms were not open in the traditional sense.
No one knows how many people died without ever getting to the hospital and there were far fewer surgeries done.
This data was extrapolated from a few days to a year and the number they came up with suggested that if hospitals and doctors were not working, fewer people would die.
I think that is a bit skewed.
Next, the data we have in India
is also forecast from a sampling and extrapolated. It also includes errors made by all physicians,
pharmacists, nurses, etc and lumps them into mistakes made by doctors since the ultimate responsibility for all medical mistakes belongs to doctors.
So we have deadly doctors, demented doctors and dangerous
hospitals, naughty nurses and pandemic pharmacists!
Add to that, plagues with no vaccines supposedly knocking
on our doorstep, vaccines that contain mercury causing problems
in our kids and no way to deal with any of it.
Except to stay well.
Here is my suggestion:
Get on 6grams of Salmon Omega-3 Fish oil
capsules every day.
Fish oil has been shown to reduce heart diseases, stroke, arthritis pain,
Alzheimer's and many
other problems.
Personally I think you'd have to be demented not to take it!
Next, throw in an Organic Multivitamin
Multimineral to
make up for any nutritional defects you might have in your diet.
And of course for just about the same price you can have
Concentrated Fruits & Vegetables.
Concentrated Fruits
& Vegetables
is pure antioxidant power and the ingredients are
used commonly in Europe (where Big Pharma is
less powerful!) to treat vascular and heart conditions.
For those of you who eat perfectly 100% of the time, it's just
insurance; for everyone else, it's a must.
And finally, to get the most out of your brain and keep you able to do the things you know and love longer, add in some Protein Isolate Powder
Then you'll have prolonged your expiration date and avoided the deadly trap of health care!
Stay safe and sane,
Rajan
