Documentary requirements for registering a society (National Level) :-

1.      People from 8 different states (Their Name, Father's/Husband's Name / Address and a copy of       Photo   Proof like Passport, PAN Card and Driving License).

2.      An office address for registered office and NOC from landlord.

3.      Name and objectives of the organization.

4.      Memorandum of Association, Bylaws list of Governing Body, List of Desirous persons.

Documentary requirements for registering a society (State Level) :-

1.      Minimum 7 different persons (Their Name, Father's/Husband's Name / Address and a copy of       Photo   Proof like Passport, PAN Card and Driving License).

2.      An office address for registered office and NOC from landlord.

3.      Name and objectives of the organization.

4.      Memorandum of Association, Bylaws list of Governing Body, List of Desirous persons.

This is not necessary that all people from 8 states will be members of Governing Body they can be desirous persons for formation of society or you can keep them in Governing Body. Minimum 7 members will be required to form the Governing Body.
