  1. To Plan, manage by execute all corporate functions and events as authorized by top management .Event designated to be undertaken by T & E dept include.

    -          Opportunity  meeting

    -          Product Training

    -          New Distributor Training

    -          Road Shows

    -          Leadership Convention

    -          CCM & DCM Meetings

    -          Traveling Campaign

     

     

    1. To ensure all events are managed efficiently and well attended by target audience, ie Prospects by seeking co –operation for leaders and generating publicity.

     

    1. To Plan yearly training budget, yearly training schedule & identify /  review training needs for the respective regions of the designated language markets on a timely basis.

     

    1. Timely submission of the planned / revised activities scheduled to the superiors for approval and ensure on time execution and preparation.

     

    1. To ensure all training information schedule and leaflets published are accurate and  in line with company philosophy.

     

    1. To act as an organizer for T & E activities & ensure training effectiveness are met which include the speakers performance assessment.

     

    1. To actively participate in leaders meeting / System committee meeting and works together with the leaders to ensure customers need are met . Always upholds company image and maintain a close rapport with leaders & distributors.

     

    1. To Closely monitor the events expenses & ensure all events organized are within the budget set.

     

    1. To Master coordinate and monitor speakers quality for all  T & E Activities .

     

    1. To undertake research study on training feedback & competitor activities for market analysis and design on weakness and strength of our training and membership development.

     

    1. To upkeep and maintain the department training system and quality so as to make continuous improvement to ensure department & company objective are met.

     

    1. Timely submission of accurate & Updated analysis records and reports to the superior which include

      A)      Regional market / State Market development status / analysis report.

      B)      Training feedback analysis

      C)      Activities summary  report

      D)      Event Pre & Post Reports

      E)      Expenses VS Budget ….etc

    2. Ensure effective working relationship with India based headquarters and EKI associates and distributors to ensure department & company objectives are met.

    3. Assist Distributor Services team with Qualification tracking and Month end coordination with distributors

    4. Organizing seminars and showcases to sponsor more people into the business.

    5. Co-ordination of Sales rallies, mega events and recruitment drives

    6. Participation in key client visits to support via key collaterals as per client expectations

    7. Create a monitoring and evaluation tool to track and monitor the communication department outputs and review and improve the strategy.

    8. Planning & managing end-to-end execution of public relations activities, managing positive media relations.

    9. Any other duties assigned by the Superior / HOD.

    Other requirements:
  2. Ability to speak Nagamese fluently in addition to English. Additional knowledge of any other N.E States is desirable as we can then look at the person covering two states. Preference is for Assamese or Manipuri.
  3. Min training experience of 5 years
  4. Willingness to travel extensively
  5. Ability to conduct product, system,soft skill and motivational training
  6. Strong interpersonal skills.
  7. FMCG, MLM , NIS Sparta or any other similar industries


Qualifications/  Experience and Skill Sets :

1.       Bachelor’s degree

 

2.       Possess a tertiary qualification in Training / Sales / Marketing.

 

3.       Sound knowledge and understanding of the                  marketing plan and reward system.

 

4.       Has minimum 5-8 years of working experience in relevant field.


Good command of written & spoken English, Hindi and any one Indian Language
