Helping People Help Themselves is the mission of CSI. With this mission the major aim of the organisation is to promote integrated development programs especially in the rural areas. It wishes to create an environment where people participate in their own developmental activities through programs like gender sensitisation, mobilisation of women into self help groups, mahila panchayats, cultural sensitisation, etc.
