We offer 4 different Gastronomic programs for 12 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including "hands-on" cookery classes or wine tasting, visits to wine cellars All the weekends are free and you have 1 week holidays to visit France in the middle of the 3 months, during that week we offer the accommodation.

1 - French cooking + intensive French

2 - French pastry and sugar decoration + intensive French

3 - French and European wines + intensive French

4 - Fine dining food and beverage + intensive French

You also have the option of completing a 4 month training course (internship) in any of the courses listed above in a luxury Hotel restaurant in France.
