9 to 15 years experience in large projects like high-rise complexes, state-of-the-art institutional buildings. 5 star hotels etc. Should be technically sound and mature Engineers with ability to quickly analyze and act upon the project demands.

Site Engineers

B.E. Civil / D.C.E.

2 to 8 years experience with reputed builders, 'A' Grade Contractors with 'Hands On' experience in execution of High Rise Residential buildings, institutional buildings and international quality infrastructure

Billing Engineers

B.E. Civil / D.C.E.

Above 3 years experience in the billing department of reputed contracting companies. Candidate having Specialization in quantity surveying.

Quantity Surveyors

B.E. Civil

8 to 10 years experience with thorough knowledge of construction procedures and cost management. Should have good knowledge of best engineering practices, financial audits, billing process, statutory deductions and process of rate analysis. Working knowledge of other building trades like plumbing, electrical and HVAC essential.

ERP Co-ordinator

B.E. Civil / SAP certification

Should have successfully implemented an integrated ERP package for a large residential or commercial project. 

Stores Officers

B. Com /M. Com

6 to 7 years experience in a reputed construction company and thorough knowledge of construction materials and stock keeping.

Marketing Executives

Preferably M.B.A./Any Graduate

Should have min. 2-3 years experience in selling residential and commercial units. Should have exp. In independently taking the bookings.
