ENGINEERING

MANAGER (Project)

B.E. (Civil) with 10-14 years experience in planning. Scheduling and monitoring the construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects. The incumbent will be responsible for liasioning with architects, Consultants and other service providers to ensure time-bound completion of projects.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (Engineering)

B.E. (Civil) with 8-10 years hands on experience in execution of residential and commercial projects. Should be able 10 co-ordinate with respective agencies or consultants to achieve the set targets. Also effective in monitoring, controlling and maintaining records of works.

ENGINEER

B.E. (Civil)/ D.C.E. with 4-6 years of experience of site supervision of brick laying. Plastering, tiling, painting besides maintenance of the works.

MARKETING

ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER (Marketing)

MBA (Marketing) with 6-10 years experience in real estate marketing. Candidate shall possess ability to set up the marketing function independently and focus on marketing as a separate business function as support to sales.

ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER (Sales)

MBA (Marketing) with 6 - 8 years of experience in Marketing and Administration of after sales service in a reputed construction company. Must have ability to generate leads and convert them into sales figures. A committed person, who can drive the sales cycle faster, must possess excellent analy1ical and communication skills.
