| LOCATION : JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA. |
| SAUDI ARABIA : Has been the most stable ( economically & politically ) countries in the world - and during last years recession. There are large number of Indians, Phillipines, Asians and american people working and living here for the last 15 years. The cost of living is low - and hence SAVINGS ARE THE HIGHEST IN THE MIDDLE EAST. |
| QUALIFICATION : More Stress on Experience & ATTITUDE hence open. |
| EXPERIENCE : |
| Must Have minimum 5 years exposure to managing Store/Inventory at PROJECT SITE. |
| Language : |
| English(must)&Arabic(desired) |
| AGE : Not a criteria - must have good physical stamina & desire to contribute as a TEAM. |
| DUTIES : |
| 1. Understand the requirement of materials & consumables at project site. |
| 2. Follow up with Procurement / Suppliers and receive the inward goods against PURCHASE ORDERS after certifying quality & quantity - either using engineers / consultants approval, i.e checking them for damages / discrepancy. |
| 3. Maintaining daily inventory consumption reports, and controlling all wastages. |
| 4. Ensure that adequate buffer-stock is maintained for important and fast-moving items. |
| 5. Coordinate with Projects / Procurement to fix Re-Order Level of items. |
| 6. Liasioning with logistics when required. |
| 7. Leading and training the TEAM for effecient functioning. |
| Contract Period : 2 years. |
| Accomodation : Provided. |
