             i have done work as Mgt. Trainee/ Trainer / Recruitment executive in "The pioneer organisation" and HDFC slic for more than 1 year. there my responsibility includes recruit to new candidate, provide induction as well as orientation training,management, correspondence with different concern departments and clients,for its generate the revenue, accounts and staffs. To improve my management skill I have obtained MBA in Human Resource Management & Post-graduate Diploma on Financial planning and relationship management . With my Science background, proficiency in computer skills (Advance Diploma in computer Application)as elaborated in the attached C.V. and 1 years of experience in administration and management. I am confident about satisfying your requirement for the position concerned and making a positive contribution to your organization.
 
I can join within three days if offered.
 
        My past ctc was 1, 40,000 as a trainer, but i want to come in HR hard core arena, so i am not expecting like that, i am expecting for the above job it should be near about 7,000 to 10,000.
