The Position: Relationship Manager

Location: Delhi

Qualification:

- Graduate/equivalent degree in any field.

- Diploma or certification in finance or related field is preferable.

-AMFI / Insurance certification.

Experience

-2-3 years of experience in financial services and NR related organization. (Mandate)

-Experience of 2-4 years in NRI Services from Banking sector.

-Financial services background candidates.

-Well networked and connected from affluent segment of society.

Key Skills

-Ability to communicate in English and Vernacular effectively and express ones viewpoint clearly

-Good networking skills - ability to start relationships and build rapport.

-Good analytical skills at an elementary level

-Ability to understand & sell a variety of products.

-Good follow up skills. Should be able organize own time effectively and structure own activities

-Is able to persuade others to one own point of view and present the key benefits persuasively.

-Is able to remain calm and composed in adverse situations and answer customer objections convincingly and             professionally.

Key Role & Responsibilities

--Acquisition of key clients & high-end customers & adding these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross   sell.

-Relate well to different types of customers and adapt his/her style to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the Bank.

-Providing financial advice related to investments, insurance, simple banking transactions.

-Building client rapport with corporate sector/NR clients.

-Delivering the target number with quality & customer delight.

Compensation: 5-6 lacs
