What is Done card Utility Limited ?

             Donecard Utility Limited, is an online payment solution provider in the form of pre-paid cashcards, Donecard has entered into a tie-up with Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd, and has been approved and authorized by IRCTC for appointing e-booking agents and providing online payment solution to the e-booking agents under its network throughout India.

Facilities for e-booking agent

E-booking agents will be authorized by IRCTC for booking and issuing railway tickets directly from the Rail Desktop Sofware  through internet from their own office.

All e-booking agents will be issued a certificate of being an authorized e-booking agent of IRCTC.

The e-booking agent is permitted to book unlimited number of railway tickets through internet.

E-booking timings: from 4:30am to 11:00pm,(All days open )

The e-booking agent is legally authorized by IRCTC for charging Rs 10/- & Rs 20/- per ticket for sleeper class & AC class respectively from the passenger as service charge.

The e-booking agents will be provided with pre-paid cashcards by Donecard Utility Ltd, for online payment while booking e-tickets from the website of IRCTC. All the online payments made to IRCTC through done cards will be free of transaction charges.
