Maintaining the compensation of around 300 employees (on roll & out sources)
Preparing Personal Information Form, Interview Assessment Sheet, Company Joining Docket, and Company induction.
Maintaining Attendance Records, Leave, Leave Encashment, etc. and Payroll preparation as well as Personnel files and records.
Performance appraisal of Doctors (Residents / Registrar) and Employees.
Handling statutory compliances like PF, maintaining various records.
Wages and employees benefits, fixation and allied matters.
Assisting the Manager HR in appraisals.
Prepare the MIS Repost
Assisting the Manager HR in preparation of annual HR budget.
Manpower Planning, Maintaining data regarding exiting manpower.
Handling HR Operations inclusive of CV Databank Management (of more than 200 employees), issuing of letters, and employee master management.
Making a full & final settlement.
From any other work assigned by the superiors time to time.
