JOB RESPONSIBILITY . AT UIL

In - process inspection (weld shop, m/c shop & Assembly line)

• Improving Quality/Productivity/Reliability at manufacturing with continual improvement.
• Ensuring implementation of quality control procedure and maintaining Q A documents / inspection reports / non conformance reports during in process fabrication & machining inspection.
• Assembly line inspection, sub assembly/part inspection, machine testing activities related to construction equipments.
• Reduce of Rejection Level by using 7 Q.C. tools.
• Prepared lay out inspection Report as per drawing.
• Conduct Process Capability Study for line as per standard.
• Closing up Non-Conforming reports during internal & external Audits.
• Defect analysis, PPM & review of entire supplier problem.
• Working closely with Technical group and ensure successful APQP and PPAP programs. Periodic review and update of FMEA and related documents.
• Facilitate the process owner in identifying the root cause of the failure, prescribing permanent corrective and preventive action and verifying the effectiveness of action taken.
• Performing manufacturing process audit as per ISO quality requirements
• Responsible for Validation fixtures &gauges used in m/c shop & weld shop.
• Conducting Sample inspection of Components under development.
• Positively help in the Documentation of ISO 9001: 2008.
• Positively help in the fixture modification, process validation for different component.
• Training and skill upgrading of Inspector/operators for 5”S, KAIZEN.
• To participate in KAIZEN & 5”s activity for productive & efficient manufacture.
• Participate in team to review & update FMEA's and Control Plans.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, process and system improvements.
• Analysis and find out welding defects(undercut,porosity,heat effected zone, blow holes, pin holes, welding bead shifted,crater,spatter,incomplete welding etc.)  With root cause.
• To conduct distractive & non detective test of welding parts. (NDT:-Visual Examination, Dye penetration, MPI, Soap Bubble Test, Air or Leak test,  DT :- Tensile test, Bend test, HAZ Hardness, Penetration or Fusion). Analyze their welding strength.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Ø       B.Tech Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan vidhyapeeth university Udaypur Rajasthan in 2007.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Ø       Graduation B.Sc. (Math’s & Physics) From C.S.J.M. University Kanpur in year 2003.
