| Job Description
The profile will be a HR generalist and will involve the below given activities. Should have working knowledge on end-to-end HR processes including but not limited to Induction, Compensation & Benefit, Employee relationships and Exits.
Should have been involved in Employee Engagement activities.
Should have been involved in Policy Deployment & Performance Management System
Should have good understanding on Statutory Compliances.
Should have done Employee Welfare activities. Should have co-domain into ESI,PF,TDS Desired Profile
Over 2-4 years experience in various facets of Human Resources in a generalist role.
The incumbent should be innovative / creative and should have good inter-personal skills.
Excellent oral & written communication skills and presentation skills.
Good team player.
Proactive approach towards work.
