1. Most of the land around Rohtak has been acquired for implantation of new industries. and about 2500 corers rupees has been issued to the farmers around Rohtak against this land.
2. The companies like MARUTI UYOG LTD. has started a project here in Rohtak to make some of the particular parts of cars.which is world’s second biggest project of Maruti after Japan.
3. Asian paints is the largest project under construction at Rothak.
4. A big stadium is ready .it is considering to be the place for some of the common wealth game in 2010.
5. Film industries Training Institute has also been starting its first session.
6. and another most interesting point is that Rohtak is known in india as EDUCATION CITY. as there are many a popular colleges are here. only PGIMS(Medical traing also there) in haryana is also situated in Rohtak. And India’s sixth IIM is going to be here at Rothak .

• Another thing is now AIRPORT is also under project near about Rohtak.
• Parsvnath developers are also come to Rothak at sector 33 and 33A.
• One group has also got clu for the society at Rohtak at sector 37.
  7. M.D. University is also situated at Rohtak.
  8. SUNCITY AND OMAX has started there project already in Rohtak.
