Job Description -:
Provide service delivery based on ITIL guidelines
Planning, organizing, administration and evaluation work of technical support & operational staff
Interacting with different service providers and vendors on day-to-day basis
Team co-ordination, task allocation among team members
Monitor progress of project work
Achieving & maintaining high Customer Satisfaction levels
Handling Multiple clients & manage the relationships with vendors
Planning & Implementation of New Projects
Cost Management
Focus on external clients IT support services (End to End)
Work with customers to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solution
Ensure team is working in accordance with Service Level Agreement
Regular
Reviews / Communication with the clients to understand their changing
business needs and accordingly aligning it with operations plan.
Identify opportunities for account growth.
