achieving their sales targets, coverage targets, focus products, new
project sites development, collection target, dealer & distributor network development, branding, promotion.

Informing the Sales Managers about the competitor’s activity in the market.

Taking site trials & convince the end users about our products.
-
Weekly promotional activity in terms of Mason meets, Applicators meet, Contractors meet, in their respective territories.
-
Maintain data base of Dealers, Applicators, Contractors, Masons etc & convert them in company’s favour.
-
Dealer and Discount management in the market & maintain uniform pricing structure.
-
“Controlling & Guiding” Sales promoters as per their KRA.
-
Working in the market as per PJP.
-
Payment and C-form collection as per Policy
