Job Description:

  1) Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job Portals, References, Cold Calling, Head Hunting, etc for various client requirements

  2) Conduct preliminary interviews before presenting the candidates to the clients

  3) Handle the entire recruitments cycle from sourcing to placement

  4) Handling a Team of recruiters

  5) Will carry a monthly revenue target

Skills Required:

 1) Should be excellent in resourcing candidates, Head Hunting techniques using networking, portals, search engines etc.

 2) Excellent command on Computer skills - Excel, Word Formatting, Surfing, Searching on Internet, Outlook express / MS Outlook

3) People management and team handling

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Any Post Graduate

Experience: More than 2 years

Location: Thane

Remuneration: Salary + incentives
