Urgent requirement for Assistant Manager - HR for a Travel company based in Gurgaon.

Experience- 5-8yrs in HR

Qualifiation: Any Graduate/Post Graduate. MBAs(HR) would be preferred.

Job Description

> Handle majorly generalist role such as induction, training, performance management, grievance handling, vendor management, employee relation.

> 70% in generalist role, rest would be in talent acquisition.

> Resourcing would be on Pan India level.

Desired Profile

> Looking for candidates from renowned corporates.

> Should have experience in handling both IT and non-IT profiles.
