JOB DESCRIPTION for valvetrain expert: 1. Experience:
At least 3 years to 5 years hands-on experience working on valvetrain development projects for an automotive OEM, candidates from Tier 1 valvetrain supplier are preferred.
2. Knowledge:
Design and layout of modern valve train systems for high revving engines.Understanding of the role of valvetrain in improved engine performance (fuel economy and engine output). Variable valve train systems including VVT, VVL, cylinder DAC etc.
Dynamic motion modeling applied to high-speed valvetrain design using one or more software package such as ADAMS, Recurdyne, Valdyne or DADS.
3. Skills:
Good project management for Advanced Program Engineering as well as internal R&D projects.Ability to sell benefits of advanced technology to engine customers. Strong data analysis capability. 4. Qualification: BE 5. Location : Bangalore, karanataka 6. Department : R & D
