Institute of Moving Images is an intimate & innovative film school for high standard of full-time professional training in all key areas of film & Television with latest equipment.IMI offers one year full-time Diploma in Film Direction, Screenwriting, Production, Cinematography, Film Editing as well as six month full-time Certificate programmes in Documentary & Filmmaking.

Located inside a sedate green, sprawling campus of a reputed Deemed University at Pune, IMI is an autonomous centre for Film Studies run by non-profit "Moving Images Educational Trust" , recognised by Government under Bombay Public Trust Act,1950.

At the Institute of Moving Images, India's finest and legendary cinema faculties teach the art, craft and commerce of Filmmaking based on modern and balanced curriculum, class room instructions, actual filmmaking and industry experiences.

In the creation of our curriculum, we closely worked with  high profile, working professionals from the Film & TV industry who teach students how to succeed in this competitive field since they know better how the entertainment industry works.

Currently, Admission process for the following industry approved programmes are on:

Ø       One Year Full-Time Diploma (June'2010 batch) 

            Annual Fees: Rs.2,95,000*/- (plus 10.3% Govt. Service tax) payable in installments 

Ø       6 month Certificate Programs (January'2010 batch)

            Course Fees: Rs.148,000*/- (plus 10.3% Govt. Service tax) payable in installments                                   

Ø       Short Program: Film making Foundation Workshop (every month)

            (One & half month, weekend, 12 sessions, evening)

             Workshop Fees: Rs.12,000*/- (plus 10.3% Govt. Service tax)
