1.  Put the plug in socket.
2.  Place Swing Machine on hard and even surface. You have to lie down in front of machine and put your ankles on the footrest of this machine.
3.  Turn the timer to desired time. Max 15 min.
4.  Put your arms at your sides leave your body loose & keep eyes closed during the exercise.
5.  After exercise lay still for 2 to 3 minutes.
6.  Never use Swing Machine for more than 15 min at a time.
