Engineer Technical                              interCAD SYSTEMS Pvt.LTD ,  Trivandrum                                                        Now I am working as Engineer-Technical at interCAD SYSTEMS Pvt.LTD   Trivandrum, has a corporate office at Cochin and overseas at Dubai. INTER CAD SYSTEMS Pvt.LTD has training, reselling and consultancy divisions.                                                        interCAD SYSTEMS Pvt.LTD is an Authorized Training Partner of PTC (only one in Kerala) for Pro/E.  An Authorised Training Centre of Autodesk products like AUTOCAD, AUTODESK INVENTOR, AUTODESK REVIT ARCHITECTURE and Bentley product STAAD-PRO. Also authorized resellers of PTC, Autodesk, Adobe, Bentley and HP products.  My Responsibilities:-        1. Project oriented training on mechanical software Pro-Engineer Wild Fire4.0, CATIA V5R 17, AUTODESK INVENTOR 2009 PROFESSIONAL, ANSYS, AUTOCAD 2009,Unigraphics,SolidWorks, I-deas & MICROSTATION for Design Engineers in various company, students in our institute and various colleges and junior staffs.    2. Handling the mechanical oriented projects.    3. Handling seminars and demos about the software.    4. Taking active participation in consulting assignments related to CAD projects.    5. Helping marketing team in client generation by giving presentations & training at client sites; as required.    6. Preparing course material and continuously upgrading them with the latest enhancements.    7. Giving demos in private institutions and colleges on latest issues and topics.    8. Troubleshooting.     II.Graduate Apprentice      Brahmos Aerospace Thiruvanathauram LTD (JUN’08 to JUN’09 )     I was engaged as a Graduate Apprentice (Mechanical Engineer) from 07-06-05 to 06-06-06 under the Apprentice (Amendment) Act, 1973 in the fabrication of Keltec (now Brahmos Aerospace). I had been trained in the manufacturing of high precision component/Assemblies for Aerospace and Defense application.  During this period I had been trained in the following areas:        1. Computerized Auto TIG Welding.    2. Arc Welding, Gas Welding, Brazing, Gas cutting, Plasma Cutting and   setting up job for Welding and Turning operation.    3. GTAW (Manual) & Spot welding.    4. Preparation of WPS.    5. Hand on experience in NDT activities like Die Penetrant Testing, Fluorescent Penetrant Testing and x-ray Testing.    6. Structural fabrication.    7. Sheet metal forming, Rolling and Turning operations.    8. Hot forming & cold forming of steel, Maraging steel and Titanium using Hydraulic Press and various processes like Riveting, Drilling, Sawing and Grinding.    9. Operation of machines like Hydraulic shearing machine, 1000 tonne Hydraulic press, Plano milling machine, Radial drilling machine, Hydraulic expander etc.
