We are having an urgent opening with our esteemed clients for the post of Senior Tech Support Executive in Navi Mumbai.
Senior Tech Support Executive
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Engineer with adequate professional certificates
- Experience in handling a Big tech team as a Leader.
- At least 3 years in a Software Development and/or International Contact Center Environment
- Stays in Navi Mumbai
- Have Extensive Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Access exhaustively), SQL Server 2005 (exhaustive knowledge, understanding and working experience - Database, Engine, Reporting Services, BI Tools), SQL Server 2008, HTML and XML

- Additional Knowledge of Networking (hands on Experience in handling Routers and Switches) is an Added Advantage
- Working knowledge of any Predictive Dialer of repute
- For MIS - experience in T-SQL, Data Analysis ability, Data Mining Ability, VB Programming
CTC – As per experience and current drawn
