We are a startup lifestyle store located at Bund Garden, Pune and are on the lookout for a proactive individual whose portfolio would comprise of but not limited to the following:
Job Description:
• Visual Merchandising
• Sales and Profit analysis
• Analyze moving / non-moving merchandise and identify missed opportunities
• Highlight any current or future risk
• Analyze required opening stock mix and make replenishment plans
• Manage an area of 2132 sq ft.
• Manage and train store personnel
• Ensure customer service
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of 3 - 4 yrs in the apparel and accessories industry (with min. of 1 yr. as store manager)
• Education: Graduate
• Knowledge of POS software is a must
• Fluency in Hindi, Marathi and English languages
