One set of our “Food Processing Extruder” Machine to produce extruder food product like Chees Ball, Chees Ring, Kurkure, Sweet Corn, Kurmure, and Cashew. Snack Balls, Star, Kanda (Onion) Bajia, Boondi Snacks ring etc. with machine hopper. The Capacity of the machinery is about 50 Kegs. per hours however dependent on the shape and weight of the products.

The machine robust heavy duty, fabricated, manufactures and assembled by experience persons, with close Super Vision  and if works trouble for even for continuous operation. The special quality steel, die of required brand is clamped at the end of machine and can be changed with short time for the change of other brand products. The man variety of food products can be taken on the same machine conveniently. The body of machine is fabricated out of high grade M.S. rolled sections to facilitate long run wear tear and maintenance, and all making parts of correctly specified metals, metals, machined and metallurgical treated and supported on high grade borings mounted and locked for heavy duty working. The machine design manufactured and assembled and assembled for heavy duty and smooth long run working even for continuous operation.

The machine is driven by one 12 HP, At – Phase, 440 Volts electric meter and two D.C. Motors of 1 HP each and heater elements of 3000 RPM. With control Panel the complete machine with all drives years electric motors, heaters, one barrel (additional) one screw (additional) five dies, starters, control panel etc. The machine will be 4 ft. long High 6” – 4”.
