I am a certified Yoga instructor from the Yoga Institute of Santa Cruz & I conduct personal yoga classes for women only, in the Western suburbs of Bandra, Khar & Santa Cruz My students are from varied backgrounds such as corporate professional, elderly housewives & teenage students. The classes are designed to offer varied benefits such as stress management, cure for specific health problems or general health & fitness. I conduct classes either at my residence or at the residence of the student, as per mutual convenience.
