Good track record of selling BPO/Call Center Services.

Excellent  selling skills, including the ability to formulate and present value proposition of the Company.

Provide a consultative approach to solution offerings with the client's business objectives in mind. 

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

International / Off-shoring Business Development experience is a must.

Domain knowledge or sales experience in Software Products/Travel domain will be an added advantage.

Required to build business in International markets & establish contact with clients.

Presentations to clients over phone.

Be able to create new and customize existing presentations.

> Cold call senior executives in the company and initiate the relationship.

 Be able to effectively communicate and show the benefits of outsourcing.

 Be able to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Education 

Bachelor’s degree. MBA highly preferred.

Experience Required :

 Prior experience in BPO/Call Center

 Prior experience in cold calling, client negotiations and closing deals.

 Some understanding of technology

 Excellent oral and written communication skills

 Exhibit strong drive for results and success and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.

 Personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion for what you are doing, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency.
