·Assist and monitor the performance of hatcheries including custom hatchery.
·Co-ordinate with the regional heads / Broiler managers for DOC's.
·Ensure the hatcheries are achieving the targeted production & productivity.
·Implementing SOP's / bringing in automation in hatchery.
·Based on the business plan, ensure the availability of hatchable eggs as per the schedule.
·Monitor the hatchability and ensure achieving budgeted productivity.
·Collect, consolidate and analyze hatchery data in the MIS format.
·Assess, suggest, report on the hatchery operational safety.
·Responsible for the technical matters pertaining to hatchery.
