Job Description (RSM)

• Candidate having 5 to 10 years of experience in pharma sales with atleast 4 years of managerial experience while being Science/Pharma graduate.
• It is a position of Regional Sales Manager handling ASMs and MRs. 

• Candidate should be working as RSM in a Pharma company of repute.
• Job profile includes analysis and assessment of business opportunities for company. Management and development of team of ASM’s and Sales Representatives in region to ensure delivery and achievement of company’s growth objectives.  

Job Description (ASM)

• WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SALES OF FORMULATIONS FOR THE DESIGNATED AREAS.  
• WILL ARRANGE FOR FEEDBACK ON DEVELOPMENTS IN THE FIELD.
• WILL REPORT TO REGIONAL SALES MANAGER OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AREAS.

• MINIMUM B.Sc, WITH PREFERABLY ATLEAST ONE YEAR OF CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN THE SALE OF FORMULATIONS IN THE REGION APPLIED FOR IN THE SIMILAR CAPACITY.

Job Description (MR)

• Coordination and Manage with doctor's for the promotion of the product on regular basis
• Optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Able to meet the companies objective and get new business.

Desired candidate Profile 

• A candidate must be B. Pharma / B.Sc. / M.B.A. / D. Pharma.
• Candidates should be smart Fluent in English, computer literate.
• Fresh Graduates can also apply.
