 Selection of  seafarers.

Maintaining an updated database of seafarers to ensure continuity and quality of personal sailing on all  the vessel managed by us. Maintaining systematic personal services records, internal /external auditing systems and other documentation. All the data stored and accessed with our custom-made software. Selecting the best qualified seafarers for our pool, who meet the exact requirement of the principal and shipping regulation in accordance with the ISM code.

Our marine superintendent for the personality traits, such as competence, ability and confidence screen .All the candidates and a confidential file opened for each candidates.

Special care is taken for qualified Cadets. or to their progress and guidance given for their examinations.

       TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION

 Arranging Medical Examination of the selected seafarers in accordance with ILO and flag state regulation .Familiarize the seafarers with on board regulations, We also manage their training according to the requirement of the ship owners. Arrangement of seaman book like Panama, Marshal Island, Liberian, Bahamas can be done by our company as per the candidates request. Arranging all the travel documents and travel arrangements required for the purpose of joining the principal vessels in a minimum time.
