Continuous Band sealing machine specially design for high speed pouch packing machine.
It consists of On/Off switch, Speed regulator, cooling fan, Digital Temperature control and adjustable conveyor belt.
You can adjust the conveyor height as per your pouch size requirement.
The temperature setting and the speed setting will depend on the type and thickness of material being sealed.
The bag will pass through the sealing blocks, cooling blocks and embossing wheel before being dropped out the end sealed.
Very easy operating system at low maintenance.
These machines are continuous sealers useful for Laminated BOPP, Led Aluminium, P. P. HM. Etc.

Optional Features:
Batch Coding On the Sealing width.
Nitrogen Gas Flushing Unit for Food Items.
