Ø Guide the Contractors in obtaining license under Act.
Ø Notice of Commencement / Completion in Form.
Ø Auditing the Records / Registers of Contractors to ensure compliance.

We expect from the company monthly payroll statement & list of new / left employees, indicating their full name, date of Birth, date of joining / leaving & gender.
Employee Provident Fund
Ø Maintaining registers and submissions of returns Provident Fund ? Monthly Activities
Ø Streamlining all nominations & declaration forms for all existing employees of the company.
Ø Ensuring all employees has PF numbers.
Ø Ensuring monthly deduction of PF from the payroll.
Ø Remitting employee & employer’s contribution to the authorities.
Ø Submitting challan monthly, with the triplicate copy to the PF authorities.
Ø Coordination with PF Inspector at the time of Inspection. Provident Fund? Annually
Ø Submitting Form half yearly to the PF Authorities.
Ø Submitting Form yearly to the PF Authorities
Ø Receiving employee-wise statement from the PF Authorities.
Emploee State Insurance Corporation
Ø Streamlining all declaration forms for all existing employees of the company.
Ø Ensuring all employees has ESIC numbers / Temporary Cards.
Ø Ensuring conversion of temp cards to Permanent Cards.
Ø Ensuring monthly deduction of ESI from the payroll.
Ø Remitting Employer & Employee contributions to ESIC.
Ø Submitting challan monthly, with the triplicate copy to the ESIC authorities.
Ø Submitting Half & yearly returns with copy of challans.
Ø Maintaining Register & Coordination with the ESI Inspector at the time of Inspection.
