1. Copy of Memorandum of association ( 2 SET )
2. Copy of Rules and Regulations of the society ( 2 SET)
3. An affidavit of Rs.10/ non-judicial stamp paper from the president or secretary of the society.
4. Documentary proof of residence of all the members of the society.
5. Proof of legal/lawful possession of the proposed office premises
6. NOC from the owner of the office premises on Rs. 10/- non-judicial stamp paper.
