KENDRIYA BHANDAR, under the aegis of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions is a welfare Project of the Central Govt. wherein the Central Govt. itself owns around 80% of the share capital and operates a network throughout the country with annual turnover 300 Crores (appox). 

The Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, P.G. Pensions (DOPT) has issued office Memorandum No.14/12/94 Welfare (vol-II) dated 5^th July 2007 (with the Concurrence of the Ministry of Finance) regarding Purchase of Stationery and all items of office consumption directly from Kendriya Bhandar without calling for quotations..
