We have in store for our clients, a technologically advanced range of bio freezers that is providing an ideal freezing environment for advanced medical and industrial applications. These micro controller based bio freezers are used for preserving plasma, related blood components, vaccines, micro-organism, testing of material and electronic components at desired low temperature. Our bio freezers are integrated with micro controller based temperature controller that includes digital temperature display of set value and process value, temperature alarm system with adjustable high-low alarm limits and audio visual alarm on temperature deviation.

 

These bio freezers are available in two models, i.e. Bio Freezer - 20^oC and Bio Freezer - 40^oC, the construction details of which are mentioned below:

 

• Cabinet is insulated with high density CFC free poly urethane foam

• Chamber interiors are made of mirror finish stainless steel (304 SS, 1.0mm thick)

• Exterior of chamber is designed using white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) mild steel

• The door of the chamber has a magnetic gasket with a keyed door lock

• For storage purposes, stainless steel trays are provided

• A quality approved hermitically sealed compressor effects the cooling process

 

We also manufacture these GMP models in total stainless steel construction (Inside S. S 316 with mirror finish and outside. SS 304 dull finish).
