GATE CLASSROOM COACHING consists of classes every Sundays from 10am to 5pm with a lunch break & Tea  breaks for one hour inbetween. Free course materials and Series of Tests and a final test in January 2013.   Aptitude classes are conducted on saturdays only Mathematics and Technical classes are conducted on Sundays.

• 10:00am to 11:30am - 1st Session
• 11:30am to 11:40am - Tea Break
• 11:40am to 1:10pm - 2nd Session
• 01:50pm to 03:20pm - 3rd Session
• 03:20pm to 03:30pm - Tea Break
• 03:20pm to 05:00pm - Last Session

Mock Test will be conducted on Saturdays before the class hours.

In GATE candidates need to register and fill the application ONLINE only by accessing the zonal GATE websites of IISc and seven IITs. The GATE Online application will be open in the month of October

GATE would contain questions of different types in various papers:

• Multiple choice questions carrying 1 or 2 marks each.
• Numerical answer questions, where the answer is a number, to be entered by the candidate.

In all the papers, there will be a total of 65 questions carrying 100 marks, out of which 10 questions carrying 15 marks in General Aptitude (GA) are compulsory.  

The Engineering Mathematics will carry 15 % of the total marks, the General Aptitude section will carry 15 % of the total marks and the remaining 70 % of the total marks is devoted to the subject of the paper.

For 1 mark multiple choice questions, 1/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. Likewise, for 2 marks multiple choice questions, 2/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.
