Job Description:
- You will be responsible for candidates finding their dream job.
- Handling queries about new job opening through Inbound, Out Bound Calls & Chat.
- Analyzing the candidates skills sets.
- Educating candidates about various rounds of interview held and maintaining candidate tracker up to date.
- Following up the candidates.
- Posting job opportunities in web portals and keeping web portals updated.
- Achieving the targets on monthly basis.
 
 
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Committed, Ambitious and Friendly graduates/Under
graduates.
- Have exceptional spoken and written communication
skills in English.
- Basic & strong working knowledge of computers and a
keen interest in the Internet.
- Have typing skills of 20 words per minute (gross speed)
with 80% accuracy (Non - Voice).
- Be quick to learn, and have a passion for exceeding
customer expectations.
 
Essential Qualifications:
 
NOTE: PEOPLE WHO HAS GOT GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE PREFERRED EVEN WITHOUT FORMAL EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES.
 
Education/Knowledge:
 
- Minimum 10 years of formal education with three years of education with English as the medium of communication.
- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization.
- Graduation Not Required.
- Diploma - Any Specialization.
 
Experience:

Salary:
 
1-3 Months (Probation period): 6,000.00/mnt + Incentives (Min 3000.00rs)* (Incentives credited only after successful completion of probation period*)
 
4-12 Months (Employee of ZCS): 12,000.00/mnt + Incentives (Min 6000.00rs) + Transport
